The Mythology and Medicine of Sacred Kitchen Spices

In this workshop, Kelsey Barrett explores the ancient and everyday medicine you’ll find in your kitchen. Through storytelling and in-class plant meditations you will powerfully integrate the medicinal offerings of your spice rack and garden.

Come learn together the mythology and folklore of herbs, alongside their medicinal uses, as we enter the Fall season.

You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in live infusion medicine making!

Supplies:
spring of fresh or dry rosemary
real vanilla extract or pods
a berry of juniper
