Ancient Infusions: Bear Tallow Medicine

Learn the ancient practice and medicinal use of tallow. Together we will craft an infusion of medicinal California plants into bear fat (sourced from Canadian first nations people), exploring traditional applications and the modern science for transdermal nourishment and overall health. Our crafting will be enriched with the conversation about the mythological significance of the bear across primary cultures. Specifically bear mythology from Kelsey’s ancestral lands of the pre-celtic Pagans.
